Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Account data: when you sign in with Apple or Google, the name, email address and account identifier provided by that service. If you use Apple's Hide My Email, we only receive the relay address Apple provides. We never receive your Apple or Google password. When you sign in with Apple, the authorization tokens issued by Apple are stored so we can revoke Apple's authorization when you delete your account; when you sign in to the website with Google, the authorization tokens issued by Google are stored to keep you signed in.
• Content you create: the stocks you track, the price and reason at the time you record them, take-profit and stop-loss rules, review intervals, reviews and notes, buy and sell prices, and exit records.
• Sign-in state: session tokens and their expiry, so you do not have to sign in every time.
• Subscription data (once in-app subscriptions are available): the transaction identifier, plan and expiry date provided by Apple. Payments are processed by Apple; we never receive your card or other payment details.
• Push notification data (after you allow notifications): the device push token used to deliver reminders.
• Technical data: connection information such as IP address and browser or device type, processed by our hosting provider Cloudflare and kept briefly in system logs for operations, debugging and abuse prevention. The country code derived from your connection is only used to choose the default market and is not stored.
• Cookies and on-device storage: the website uses an essential sign-in cookie and remembers your language and preferred market. The Service does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

2. How we use your data

We use your data only to create and manage your account, sync your records between the website and the app, update closing prices and deliver reminders and notifications based on the rules you set, manage subscription entitlements, operate and secure the Service, and respond to your enquiries.

We do not sell your personal data, use it for advertising, or track you across other apps or websites. Price changes and reminders in the Service are calculated only from the rules you set and do not constitute investment advice.

3. Third parties

To provide the Service, we rely on the following providers where necessary:

• Apple: Sign in with Apple, in-app subscriptions and push notifications.
• Google: Sign in with Google.
• Cloudflare: hosting for the website, API and database.
• Market data sources (Taiwan Stock Exchange, Taipei Exchange, Alpaca): we only request closing data for stock symbols and never share your personal data with them.

4. Storage location and retention

Your data is stored in Cloudflare data centers, which may be located outside Taiwan. Account data and your content are kept until you delete your account, at which point they are deleted from our database immediately. System logs are deleted automatically according to our hosting provider's retention period, unless the law requires otherwise.

5. Your rights

Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, you may request to access or review your personal data, obtain a copy, supplement or correct it, stop its collection, processing or use, and have it deleted.

You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the app. Your account, sign-in records and all journal content will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. For other requests, email us at the address below and we will respond promptly after verifying your identity.

The account data required for sign-in is necessary to use the Service; without it we cannot create your account or store your records.

6. Security

All traffic to the Service is encrypted with HTTPS, and the database is accessible only to the Service itself and authorized administrators. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

7. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the Service or applicable laws change. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and we will notify you in the app or on the website of any material changes.
